Fall Trends

Hey guys! Once again, my website was being crazy but this was the longest it’s done this. You know, the thing with the pics? I’ll have to really check that out some other time. For now, I’m going to try this again and see how it goes. Anyways, today’s post will be naming some fall trends I’ve noticed. I just want to say how fall is my FAVORITE season! I’m in love with the sweater weather, scarves, boots, and the return of the PSL…. Let’s get into these favorites! (Images are from Bing)

#1. Sweater Weather!!

Return of the sweaters! Especially the oversized sweaters. Pair these with some skinny jeans (tights if it’s an oversized sweater), booties, and a cool scarf (optional). For accessories, Go with a simple necklace (if you’re not wearing a scarf), some earrings (dangling or stud; if dangling, make sure the earrings aren’t too long) and a simple bracelet or watch. Talk about fall ready!

#2. Booties

Not ready for full blown boots yet (points at self)? These are perfect for that. My favorite way to  wear these would be with a shirt that has quarter length sleeves, boyfriend jeans, and of course a pair of these to top it all off. As for accessories, I’d go with a simple choker, or a statement necklace, and some stud earrings.

#3. Scarves

The cutest way to keep your neck warm. One thing is, (of course) NEVER wear a necklace or choker with a scarf. My favorite way to wear these (I have about 10,000 right now, lol) would be with an off the shoulder top (one shoulder), boyfriend jeans, and some ballerina flats or some simple loafers. For the accessories, I’d go with some simple stud earrings, and either a plain watch or bracelet.

#4. Riding Boats

For the ones who are ready to jump right into boots, go with some riding boots. My favorite way to wear these (when I do), would be with a plaid shirt (short sleeve or quarter length, or even long sleeve), and a good pair of skinny jeans. The accessories could be anything you like!

#5. (Flannel) Plaid… EVERYTHING!

Speaking of plaid, embrace your inner lumberjack and go with some flannel this season! It never goes out of fall style. My (other) favorite way to wear flannel this season is to pair it with some dark wash jeans (or black pants), and and some simple boots or booties. As for accessories, I’d go with some statement earrings, and a simple watch.

#6. Wide Leg Pants

Don’t be fooled! These are one of the biggest fall trends this year. The best way to rock these this season would be by wearing a black or any other neutral color in the pants so that you can wear any sweater or quarter length sleeve with them (you could tuck the shirt in). All the accessories and shoes would be up to you =) !

#7. Quarter Length Sleeves

Well as you can see, I’m OBSESSED with quarter length sleeved tops. Sorry to keep bringing them up, but oh well! This is the t-shirt for fall. You can wear it with just about everything, The biggest benefit of these tops would be how You can be close to warm but not burning up while you’re wearing it. Plus, you’d overall be looking cute!

Well that’s all for today guys! Let me know in the comments how you’d rock these trends this fall and let me know if I missed any! I hope you had, have, and are having a great day.

New Years Eve!

Hey guys! As you may know, it’s New Years Eve!! I just want to say that this year has gone by PRETTY fast, but it usually does, at least to me. I just feel like time travels by way too fast to cherish, you know? Anyways, today’s post is going to be about the best way to dress and the best makeup looks for the last night of 2015. These would mostly be directed towards those who are going to a party tonight. I’ll do about 4 ( pairings ) of each of those and I’ll try to do each one based off of a specific style or personality that is more comfortable for each of you wonderful people! Just keep in mind, that you may go for one of these looks on a daily basis or for any party. Also, I don’t know what the weather will be like wherever you lovelies live, but if it’s too cold ( outfit wise ), these looks may look just as great with some tights and boots. Now let’s get started!!!

Makeup Look #1. If You’re Bold…

New Years Eve Bold Eye Makeup look

NYE Bold Eye Makeup Look 2

Go for Glitter!!! You can choose whatever color that you feel, but I just put a silver and a gold look just for example. With the glitter eye look, I suggest you only add some foundation, just not to go over the top with the whole look. Also, for the eyebrows, go for a bit off an arch. Then, if you go with the gold one, I suggest a nice red lip to pull it all together, but if you go with a silver look, I suggest a bit of a pinkish color to pull that one all together. On the other hand, if you go with a bright color, ( like pink, purple, etc. ) you use that same color for your lips. You don’t even have to wear a lipstick if you don’t really feel it, just go with some simple Chap Stick to keep your lips moisturized for the night.

Makeup Look #2. If You’re Classy….

NYE Classy Eye Makeup Look

Go with a cat eye, a nude eye shadow color, and some falsies ( false eyelashes optional, you can just use mascara ). Then, add some foundation, and a little blush. Also, go easy on the eyebrows. Now to finish it all off, a bold lipstick color, if you like. I suggest a red, but you can really go with any color you want. Or, once again, just some chap stick ( but if you do the chap stick, I suggest using the falsies, but it’s your choice 🙂 .

Makeup Look #3. If You’re Girly…

NYE Girly Eye Makeup Look

Go with some eye shadow that has a pop of color! Like above, just go with a colorful eye shadow look. Add on some foundation and a little blush. Then, go for a nude or a nude rose lipstick color to complete the look. Not to offend anyone, but this look isn’t exactly the easiest to pull off, or make look right.

Makeup Look #4. If You’re Outgoing…

NYE Shy Makeup Look

Go for a simple cat eye look with a bold lip! Add a little foundation, some blush, and go simple for the eyebrows. Lastly, the bold lip color, red most likely. Then, there you go!!!! Even if you’re shy, you can still look amazing and stand out.

On to the fashion!!!

Style #1. Bold

NYE Bold Dress

If you’re going with the bold makeup look, I suggest a simple black dress to brig out the glitter eye makeup. To add to the outfit, I suggest a statement necklace and bracelet, then some ( silver; diamond; or gold ) earrings. To pull it all together, strappy heels look the best with this look. If you’re not feeling heels, go flat with some gladiator sandals.

Style #2. Classy

NYE Classy Lace Dress

Go with some lace on your dress! As far as accessories go, I would add some dangly earrings and a really nice watch just to add to that classy feel on the outfit. For the shoes, go for some platform pumps or some regular flats. Whatever you feel!!!

Style #3. Girly

NYE Girly Dress

Go for Fit ‘N’ Flare! For accessories, go with some feather earrings, a simple necklace, and some simple bracelets. For shoes, go with some nude rose pumps or flats, depending on the color of your dress. If it’s colorful, go for a regular nude color, but if it’s like a plain black or white dress, go for a nude rosy color.

Style #4. Outgoing

NYE Outgoing Dress

Go for a high low dress! For the accessories, go with a simple necklace and some stud earrings ( preferably silver ) to keep the outgoing, kind of casual feel to the outfit going. For the shoes, go with flats or maybe even some kitten heels! This is just to add to the casual, outgoing feel.

Well, that’s all for today, guys!!! I hope you lovelies have or had an AMAZING New Year’s Eve, and since I’m not posting on New Year’s Day, HAVE AN AMAZING NEW YEAR!!!

Christmas: 5 Popular Items & 5 Things That I LOVE About It

Hey guys! I know that it’s been quite a while, but I had to work on trying to join my school’s BETA club. I went to the initiation yesterday and I’m now an official member! For those of you who might not know what in the world a BETA club is, let me explain how amazing it is. The BETA club is a club that promotes academic achievement, character, leadership, and service among students. They usually starts fundraisers ( raise money ) for charities. Enough about that, now! Let’s talk about today’s post! Today’s post is going to be naming 5 of the most popular fashion items for Christmas and the 5 things that I love about Christmas. So get your hot cocoa and your cookies because you might be able to relate to me about these Christmas things! Let’s get started! ( CF – Christmas Favorite )

Christmas Sweater

Ugly or not, I LOVE Christmas sweaters! They’re usually so warm, and super cute ( most of the time ). Whenever ( in December )  I feel like I have nothing to wear to the point where I give up on my closet, I just throw on a Christmas sweater, some jeans, and some boots. It’s going to be cold either way, so it works with December’s winter weather. It’s an outfit win win! Before I move on, I need to show this Hotline Bling “ugly” Christmas sweater I found.

Hotline Bling Christmas Sweater

I had to! If I get this sweater, all I would have to do is learn to dance like Drake to match.

CF #2. Hot Cocoa

Hot Cocoa

A Christmas classic that most people enjoy. Especially with marshmallows! I don’t know about you guys, but I love hot chocolate the most when it has whipped cream and a crushed candy cane on top and a piece in the actual hot cocoa. It’s good for decoration AND taste. At least to me!

CF #3. Christmas Decorations

Create a living room interior with Christmas decorating ideas is a popular topic during the month of the upcoming Christmas festive. You can adopt so many ways to create cozy living room with Christmas ornaments, start by placing Christmas tree near the fireplace, put some of Christmas decorations such as candles, gifts beneath the tree, Christmas curtains, fresh foliage and candles in row above the mantel and some of decorated mirror and lightings.

Christmas Decorations

For me, putting up the Christmas decorations ( inside and out ) with your family is one of the best parts about Christmas. It’s fun to put the tree up with the ornaments and the star at the top. I just believe that those are the times that families would usually come together, Christmas. Anyways, there are two types of houses that decorate for Christmas. You have the adorable, cute, and perfect ones that are simple and beautiful. Then you have those houses that go ALL OUT. You know what I mean, those houses in the neighborhood that turn into professional decorators, much like the pictures above. Don’e get me wrong, both types are beautiful and I’m not trying to be mean, but you can never go wrong with either sides to be honest.

We are family, my brothers and my sisters and me! I had to. The best part of Christmas is getting the family together and celebrating Jesus’s birthday. The countdown until Santa comes down the chimney. Leaving Santa his snacks out on the table. Family is just what makes Christmas the happiest.

Gingerbread House

Gingerbread Couple

I said making creations with them, because you can either make the Gingerbread couple, the Gingerbread woman, Gingerbread man, the Gingerbread house, or all of them! That’s if you want to feel fancy and get that Instagram worthy picture. Gingerbread creations are another thing for you to enjoy with fam. Friends and/ or blood family! In other words, Gingerbread things are fun. Who doesn’t want to make a house and people that you can get creative on, and then devour afterwards?! That may have been worded creepily, but oh well!

Those are my top 5 favorites about Christmas, now we are going to get into the fashion trends about Christmas. Let’s get started! ( CS – Christmas style )

CS #1. Christmas Sweaters, Once Again!

Hotline Bling Christmas Sweater

I’m going to use the Hotline Bling sweater for real this time! I already said that this is my favorite part about Christmas, but it’s also a trend coming back for the holidays. Ugly ones are the laughing stock of them. The one that I’m using above is considered to be an ugly Christmas sweater. Surprising, right? I can’t be the only one who thinks that this sweater is actually pretty cute. I really want this sweater, I’m dead serious. I’ll look it up on eBay later. JUST kidding! Maybe……

CS #2. Onesies!

Christmas Onsie

ONSIES ARE THE BEST THING EVER!!!!! Onsies would be more for pajamas, Christmas parties, or just chilling. They’re comfy, they can be stylish and silly at the same time. I just love onesies to be honest! My friend has a reindeer one which she would wear every Christmas.

CS #3 Sweater Dresses

Sweater Dress

Sweater dresses are once again popular this year! That’s no a bad thing, though. In fact, I doubt that these things will ever go out of style! These look best paired with leggings and riding boots or some simple combat boots. I love the ones that have different patterns like stripes or a seasonal ( fall, winter ) patterns on them.

CS #4 Embellished Beanies

Embellished Beanie

The best way to keep a bad hair day on the down low during winter and to look super cute on a casual walk somewhere. You may be thinking, “What’s the difference between embellished beanies and regular beanies”, but the difference is that embellished beanies brighten up your outfit just a little more than regular beanies. They add a hint of sparkle to your outfit! Make you stand out more!

CS #5 Ponchos!

Plaid Sweater Poncho

Sweater ponchos are heaven of sweaters. They look best with skinny jeans, just because they don’t make you look like you over did it with the flaring of your clothes, if you know what I mean. It could make you look a bit strange, you know? This is not meant to be mean, so please don’t take that out of what I said (typed). The best accessories you can add to this is a little locket necklace, a statement bracelet, and/or some stud earrings.

Well that’s it for today, guys! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! Enjoy your Christmas, if you celebrate Christmas. Anyways, I hope you guys have or had a great Christmas and get ready for my New Year’s Eve and New Years post! BYE!!!

Happy Halloween!!! :) :p

Hey guys! I know I haven’t posted in a while, but that’s because I’ve been attempting to fix my computer. Remember when I was complaining about it in the past? Well it turned out that the whole problem was literally staring me in the face. The problem was that I wasn’t opening google chrome the way that I was supposed to. Every time I attempted to open it, I’d only click it once, instead of clicking it twice. MENTAL FACE PALM!!! Anyways, aside from my stupidity, let me tell you about what will be posted on this Halloween. Today, I will be talking about my costume and my top 5 favorite types of Halloween candy. Pretty straight forward. Let’s get started!

My costume:

Flapper Girl costume

Yep! Looking at my last post, I decided to go with a flapper girl. I chose a flapper girl because I love the roaring 20’s! I love everything from the art all the way to the music. You know, the jazz music from the Broadway shows. I even love some of the dances that they did then! Flapper girls were kinda known for some of these dances and other things that mostly involved performing. I believe that flappers were the classiest party girls possible. Just saying! On to the candy!!!

Candy Fav #1.

Candy Corn

Gotta go with a classic on this one! I LOVE CANDY CORN SO MUCH! Every Halloween is our wedding anniversary. I’m dead serious! I remember that when I was little, I thought that candy corn was an actual vegetable. Pretty dumb, right? Then I ate them, and realized that they were SO FAR from actual corn. Now, I’M IN LOVE WITH THEM!!!

Candy Fav #2.

Bat Bars with Hershey Bars

You know I had to…. Don’t even get me started about Hershey’s! I can’t even make a proper commitment to Hershey’s because they basically come in any shape or form possible. They’re also good ALL YEAR ROUND. Who can’t resist the smooth chocolate powers of any Hershey product? That includes the candy corn flavor. Call me crazy, but it was actually pretty delicious!

Candy Fav #3.

Halloween Kit Kat

Is it weird that I’m eating a Kit Kat as I’m typing this post? Oh well… they’re just too good to ignore! Kit Kats are so good, they have their own Halloween commercials! I think Hershey’s do too, but that’s besides the point!

Candy Fav #4.

Gummy Worms!

Another classic! I used to be terrified of these when I was little! I thought that they were actual, real life, worms. I was a very special child. First candy corn now gummy worms? I really was strange! Still am, but not THAT strange. Another thing, I prefer the regular gummy ones, not the sour, gummy ones. Something about them, just doesn’t taste right to me. I don’t know what it is.

Candy Fav #5.

Sour Patch Kids

What wouldn’t I do for a pack of Sour Patch kids? And I can’t be the only one, either. Three words, sour, sweet, and delicious. Need I say more, because at least my mouth is watering already.

That’s all for today, guys! What was your Halloween costume? What are your favorite Halloween candies? Let me know in the comments! I hope you have or had a Happy Halloween! BYE!!! mkkk2

MUST HAVE Fall Accessories

Hey guys! Today’s post is going to be about ten accessories that are a necessity this fall. Also, I want to really quickly state that today is Mahogany Lox’s birthday! You guys should know how much I love her! If you love her too you are one of the best people ever. If you have not a clue of who I’m talking about, check her out on YouTube, Instagram, Vine, any other social media! Now, let’s get started!

#1. Dark Floral Patterns

Fall Dark Floral Patern

Goodbye bright floral patterns, you have a replacement. Dark floral patterns are really big this year! I used this shirt as an example because it’s cute, it has the dark floral pattern, and it’s my dream to go to New York. Sure I loved the bright floral patterns before, but these are the replacements and as a fashionista, I have to be chameleon when it comes to new trends. It’s quite simple when you get used to it. You know why? Because wearing one thing for a while can get very boring. I speak the truth.

#2. Any Colorful Handbag

Kate Spade Handbag

Any colorful handbags would be perfect for Fall this year ( 2015 ). I know this may seem more of a Summer or a Spring trend, but trust me, it works for Fall too. I  have seen many prime examples of this trend almost everywhere I go. Even my mom got her a colorful work bag. This works out just as well in Fall as it did in Spring and Summer.

#3. Shimmering Statement Necklaces

Fall Shimmering Statement Necklace

These beautiful necklaces will have a big influence on your jewelry box this year! I only have one of these shimmering statement necklaces, and boy do I want one that looks like this! I would say that one of the best places to get one of these beauties may be Forever 21. You guys have to get one! I want another, just as bad as you want one. 🙂

#4. Over-sized Bracelets ( Cuffs )

Fall Over-Sized Bracelet ( Cuff )

Any cuff or over-sized bracelets would be great for Fall also. I don’t know about you guys, but I have almost ALWAYS loved over-sized bracelets and cuffs as a go to accessory. If you do, I’m sending you a virtual high five. If you don’t I’m sure that you will be convinced sooner or later.

#5. Calf Length Boots

Fall Calf Lengthed Boots

Lastly, you have these amazing calf length boots. I myself have a pair of these boots and have worn them ever since Fall came. These things aren’t just cute, they’re also wonderfully comfortable! They can also be worn with anything in your closet, that is, if you get the right color. For example a dark brown, or a black, or maybe both if you really want to 😉 .

Well, that’s all for today guys! Once again, it is Mahogany( Bae )’s birthday today! I’m sending her a virtual Happy Birthday. I want to meet her SO BADLY! Anyways, I hope you lovelies have or had an AMAZING day. Talk to you guys soon, BYE!!!

Halloween Costume Ideas

Hey guys! Before I start, I’m going to remind you that I’m only posting on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays at no specific time. Just a quick reminder. Today’s post is going to be about some ideas for Halloween costumes. I am aware that Halloween isn’t for a while now, but it’s better to be prepared, right? We all know that Trick Or Treating wouldn’t be the same without a flawless costume! Just so you know, I will once again be trying the photos. I’m sorry if they didn’t work last time, but I have a feeling that they have been and will be working. Now, let’s get started!

#1. Flapper Girl

Flapper Girl Costume

You can never go wrong with the classics! I really, really, really, really LOVE this costume!!! I don’t know about you guys, but I love the era of the 1920’s.  Anyone else feel this way? I know you do! This would definitely go into the pretty category. Not the scary, you know? Next!

#2. Red Riding Hood

Red Riding Hood Costume

Into the woods, we go!!! Little Red Riding Hood is, of course, one of my MANY favorite fairy tales. My number one favorite Fairy Tale would have to be 101 Dalmatians. Cruella is also one of my favorite Disney Villains. I’m off task! Back to Red Riding Hood! This costume would also go under the pretty category. There’s NOTHING wrong with being pretty on Halloween. NOTHING!!! On to the next costume!

#3. A Minion!

Minon Costume For Girls

BANANA!!! Which Gwen Stefani informed us is spelled B-A-N-A-N-A. Minus the s at the end 🙂 . PRETTY CATEGORY! Despicable Me took the world by storm. I remember that yesterday I looked through the Party City magazine and saw that there was a family costume of minions. Words couldn’t describe how happy I got over those costumes! It was ADORABLE!!! I’m using a lot of exclamation points today. Maybe it’s because I’m so exited that it’s almost Halloween! Kinda. Most likely that’s what’s wrong. Oh well!

#4. Minnie Mouse

Minnie Mouse Costume

MY CHILDHOOD IN A COSTUME!!! This is TOO adorable to pass up! I love Minnie Mouse so much that it may be unhealthy. But we all have those childhood TV imaginary besties. Mine was Minnie Mouse, as you may be able to tell. Anyways, this is in the pretty category! I can tell you now that half of these will be pretty category and the other half are going to be ( kind of ) scary. Next!

#5. Cleopatra

Cleopatara Costume

All hail Queen Cleopatra!!! Love this chick! This costume may be guaranteed to make you feel like the Queen of the Nile, herself. This may not go under the pretty, but the FABULOUS category! The only thing that might be able to beat it, would be a Beyonce costume. Pretty random, aren’t I? Now, we are moving into the ( kind of ) scary category. Let’s go!

#6. Zombie Cheerleader

Zombie Cheerleader costume

Oh, I think that I found myself a cheerleader, she is ready to eat our brains, so let’s run! Come on! You know that it was a perfect opportunity to do that. This costume is both adorable and terrifying, the perfect combination! This isof course the scary category, but I feel like it’s a mash up. You know it’s a cheerleader ( moi ), We got spirit, yes we do, we got spirit, how about you? Then you have a zombie, BRRRAAAAAAIIIIIIINSSS…. Then, put the two together, We want brains yes we do, we want brains, coming from YOU.

#7. Vampire

Vampire Costumes

I just got done watching My Babysitter’s A Vampire, so I had to bring up the topic of vampires. Not only are they my favorite monster EVER, but they make a pretty cool costume. This can actually be both, judging by the look of the costume, but I chose one that would go perfectly under the scary category. Because I’m weird.

#8. Broken Doll

Broken Doll Costumes

Allow me to introduce you to my Halloween costume lat year. Just so you know, this costume is still pretty big now! Just because it was worn last year by moi, doesn’t mean that it can’t be worn now. Anyways, the makeup used in the costume, makes the costume even better than it already is. The mask really pulls it all together, but it usually comes with the costume at Party City.

#9. Zombie Prom Queen

Zombie Prom Queen Costume

I’m all about the zombies for some reason this year. I’m just going to say it, if the Prom Queen was a zombie, I would be skipping Prom. No chance of me dying if I stayed after she was crowned. Same thing for the Prom King. Bye!

#10. Dark Fairy

Dark Fairy Costume

Sorry Tinkerbell, but this Halloween,  dark fairies are taking your place. Even though I will always love yooooooouuuuuu!!! Had to. This dark fairy is… awesomely dark! Loving the wings!!!! Those wings are made to fly if you didn’t know.

Well that’s all for today, guys. I’ll talk to you Monday, I hope you lovelies have or had a beautiful day! BYE!!!!

13 Fall Must Haves of 2015!!! :)

Hey guys! I once again haven’t posted in a while, and I’m extremely sorry about it. Only, there’s been a bit of another change. More changes! From now on ( yes we’re going to that speech ) I will be posting only on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. No specific time anymore because that was the main thing that was killing me. Now that we’ve addressed those things, let me tell you a little about my post today. Today’s post will be a list of fashion items that you will need in order to survive this fall, fashionably. Just so you know, I will be trying to post some pictures in this post and see if they will cooperate with me and hopefully be available to your beautiful eyes. Now, let’s get started!

#1. Duster Coats

Fall Duster Coat

These coats are making their mark this year on the fall fashion radar! I mean, come on, these coats are the total package! They’re long and comfy, EXTREMELY adorable, and they go with almost anything when you find the right color. For example, if you want to wear them with most things in your closet, you may want to try a beige, white, or a black one. Those are also the most popular colors. Their so popular that I couldn’t find a decent pic of one. Even though that was a bummer, this dark red one I found is still pretty cute ( sorry if you can’t see it ). On to the next one!

#2. Over the Knee Boots

Over the Knee Boots Fall

Now these are coming into the list to! You know why? BECAUSE THEIR SO CUTE!!! These can be worn with most things in your closet, if they’re black, light or dark brown, and/or white. I can’t get over how cute these shows are! I want a pair as much as much as you guys want one. If you don’t, you still know you do. Imagine that these are literally calling your name. “( Your name here ), come to me, buy me, you know you want to”. Listen to the shoes, they want you to buy them! Anyways let’s move on before any wallets start crying.

#3. Sweater Dresses

Fall Sweater Dress

Do I need to describe the perfection of sweater dresses? What can I say? They are one of God’s greatest creations. Their comfy, and can be worn to dressy events, while you’re comfy!  They also keep you warm while making you look amazingly flawless! You remember our friends the duster coat and over the knee boots? Well put these three together, you have an amazing fall outfit!

#4. Cropped Denim Jackets

Cropped Denim Jacket

When I first found out about these ( yes, I realize that I’m slow ), I thought to myself, that’s my new best friend. Go best friend, that’s my best friend! You know I had to. That was an opportunity worth taking. Anyways, these can definitely go with anything. In the jean and other similar colors ( black, white, dark wash, light wash). I have plenty of these to last me a very long time. I say this because I’m almost positive that these will never go out of style. Next!

#5. Suede Skirts

Fall Suede Skirt

I doubt that any animals were harmed in the making of this BEAUTIFUL skirt. At least I pray so. Anyway, I also see these skirts being worn with duster coats. But the most popular colors that this skirt would come in are most likely this dark brown, light brown, black, even some white! My favorites are the ones with the golden buttons down the middle. The ones that take on a bit of a pencil skirt look are cute too, but of course, being a pencil skirt, I’m scared that it would be too tight and hard to walk in. Even though pretty hurts. Just saying, I’m more of a comfy person, you know.

#6. Anything with Fringe

Fall Fringe Outfit

Fringe, fringe, fringe! I LOVE FRINGE!!! For the fall, if you have anything with fringe ( sweaters especially ), you are prepared pretty well! I say sweaters with fringe especially because it is fall, and it’s getting cold, so you know. Plus it works the best with fall weather.

#7. Stacked Kitten Heels

Fall Stacked Kitten Heels

How could you not want a pair of these beautiful shoes?!? Their comfy, look adorable, and they remind me of my old days as a beginning tap dancer. That’s right! I took tap dancing classes, when I was in Kindergarten to 2nd grade. I’m proud too! Even though it didn’t last THAT long. Anyways, these are a VERY close second to the over the knee boots. I literally mean by like 1 percent. Yep, I just said that. On to the next one!

#8. Wide Leg Pants

Fall Wide Leg Pants

Goodbye ( for now ), jeans! I will miss you, but we will see each other again someday…Why did I say this? Because these may take place of your jeans this fall. It pained me to say this because I do love jeans ( WE ALL have our jean days) but these are great opportunities to wear. They’re just SO PRETTY!!! Almost as perfect as jeans. VERY closely!

Well that’s all for today, guys! I’ll talk to you tomorrow, I hope you lovelies have or had an amazing day 😉 . Bye!!!

What’s In My Purse?

Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve had a pretty busy 2 weeks. You know, just getting settled. Another thing, yesterday was marked the 14 years spent without an amazing R&B artist named Aaliyah. I still can’t believe it’s been 14 years since her death. R.I.P Aaliyah. Okay enough of the sadness, I’m sure she’d wouldn’t want us to be miserable for forever. Anyways, today’s post is going to be a “What’s In My Purse?”. Some of you may have heard of this in magazines or YouTube videos, wherever you may see some new trends! For those of you who may not know what in the world this is, let me tell you. “What’s In My Handbag ( or purse )” is where you name a few objects that you carry in your handbag or purse and why you carry those items. I’ll just be doing 4 items because I’m weird =p. With that being explained, let’s get started!

Item #1 ; Toothpicks – Yes, I carry toothpicks in my purse. I carry these because I don’t want to walk around with any sort of food in my teeth. I wouldn’t want anyone else to, because it’s just not attractive, you know? I’m not trying to be mean, by the way, I just don’t like it if someone else did it, and I’m almost positive that No one wouldn’t like it if I had some in my teeth. Especially if the food is like right on your front teeth.

Item #2 ; Sharpie or Pen – I always carry a sharpie or a pen in my purse because you never know when someone needs to borrow it or if you need to sign something. Pretty simple. Now, I can’t be the only one that does that, can I?

Item #3 ; Nail File or Clipper – I am not going to deny the fact that I do, because I always do this! I carry this because you never know when your fingernails are going to be looking all messed up! That may sound diva-ish, but it’s true too! That kind of rhymed.

Item #4 ; GUM OR PEPPERMINTS – I ALWAYS do and ALWAYS will carry gum or any sort of peppermint in my purse! I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t want to walk around with stank breath! That and sometimes it tastes good.

My Top 4 Go-to Perfumes

Hey guys! Liking the changes? You know you do, because you wove me! But anyways, today’s blog post is going to be talking about 4 of my FAV perfumes! Before we get started, I’d just like to say that Bath and Body Works has already classified me, by my favorite scents, as ( what they call ) ‘ warm and cozy ‘. No explaining what that means! Let’s get started!

Perfume #1 Pink Sugar : Words cannot BEGIN to describe how much I love this perfume!!! Some of you may recognize this perfume from Bethany Mota’s video, Fall Morning Routine. I LOVE HER SOOOO MUCH!!!!! She’s awesome. Had to get that fangirl out of me. I’m sure some of you just had that moment too. Anyways, I love Pink Sugar because of the sweet smell and how girly it makes me feel, if I can get any more girly.

Perfume #2 Wild Berry from simplepleasures : I don’t know if any of you guys have heard of this, but it’s one of my favorites. If we’re being honest here, I did get this at the Dollar Store. Yep, and I’m proud! But the funny thing is, it actually lasts a whole lot longer than I though it would! Miracle! I love it because it smells like a basket of fresh berries. Heaven in a basket! Now, on to the next one!

Perfume #3 Beautiful Day : Speaking ( once again ) of Bath and Body Works. Beautiful Day smells a little like some granny smith apples. I know that that itself sounds a little weird, but it does! The whole scent is like happiness had attached itself to your body. *sniffs air* Smells niiiice….

Perfume #4 Egyptian cotton : Cleo Petra may have been a motive for this scent. Not kidding! Okay, maybe just a little… I love this perfume because it has that fresh smell. I love it!!! It’s like you just soaked and showered in fresh picked cotton! So fresh and so clean, clean =) .

Well that’s all for today, guys! I have many many more favorite perfumes, but if I told you all of them, It’d be enough to go on forever and ever. Most likely there wouldn’t be enough room. But, let me know in the comments what your favorite perfumes are! I hope you have a wonderful day! Be sure to subscribe, I’ll talk to you guys soon, BYE!!!

Strange Reasons You Break Out

Hey guys! I have just one minor thing to say about the time that I will be posting. From now on ( been saying this often =p ), I’ll be posting at 5 : 00 pm. Just getting that out of the way! Anyways, today’s post is going to be 4 really surprising things that makes our faces a pimple’s vacation home. Sounds pretty good, right? Let’s get started!

#1 YOUR PHONE!!! : dun, Dun, DUUNNN! Yep, you heard it hear, folks. Your cell phone is a sneaky little traitor when it comes to being near your face! How often does your cell phone get a little cleanse? If not very often, you will end up seeing pimples near your cheeks and/or anywhere near the area where you hold your phone at. Your phone actually picks up a lot of bacteria and dirt from your hands, your purse or bag, any sort of counter, etc. Then, when you are talking on your phone, it all transfers to your face. The best way to avoid this is to, of course, wipe your screen with an antibacterial wipe often to get rid of all those nasty things off your phone’s screen.

#2 Your Pillowcase : If you don’t change your pillowcase often enough ( The Weekend could sing my blog post =p ), you could end up with pimples also. Your pillowcase is usually covered in sweat and dirt from your hair, hands and build up from the products that you use on your face at night, which can really clog up your pores, too. That’s why you should change that pillowcase! The pillowcase can be the receptionist at the pimple hotel!

#3 LACK OF SLEEP!!! : Oh yeah, it’s definitely time to hit the CLEAN pillowcase earlier! Studying til you drop or having a movie marathon with junk food at 2 am is not good for your skin, whatsoever. You may as well ask the zits to join you! When you’re not sleeping as much as you should, your hormones get out of whack and increase your body’s stress levels. That can cause breakouts, because you know that stress has a pretty high rep for causing pimples. Eight hours of sleep should guarantee you to look and feel your best.

#4 POPPING YOUR PIMPLES! : DON’T POP YOUR PIMPLES!!! This needs to be written on a billboard! Squeezing a pimple might seem like it’s helping, but trust me,, honey, it’s not even close. That’s temporary. The more the pimple gets popped, the longer it lasts on your face! And if your hands are dirty, game over, it gets worse. That’s just adding bacteria and dirt to your face, which slows down the healing process and can cause more pimples to appear. As you should already know, picking at the pimple can also cause redness and scars o your face. Instead of trying to pick at and pop the pimple, try an acne treatment that has salicylic acid.
